count_source_name = Name des Prozessschrittes, aus dem die Anzahl stammt (Kann nicht der gleiche Prozessschritt sein)
count = Fixe Anzahl (alternativ zu source_name)
param_name = Name / Prefix der generierten Parameter (Default: Parameter)
type = Typkürzel der referenzierten IDs (Default: mi)
start = Startwert für die referenzierten ID (Default: 01)
nominal_quantity= Soll-Größe
nominal_value= Soll-Wert
nominal_unit= Soll-Einheit
actual_quantity= Ist-Größe
actual_value= Ist-Wert
actual_unit= Ist-Einheit
